Just a few lil things to consider before you buy :)
RETURNS POLICY
We inspect each piece carefully before sending out. Each piece will have been inspected at least 3 times before we put online. Thus, we only consider unworn pieces for return. Any signs of wear and we have the right to refuse a refund. We strictly do not offer refunds for sizing being off so please consider your selections carefully & if you are unsure ask us any questions you have before purchasing.
For vintage particularly, we do not accept small signs of wear & tear, as each item is preloved & undergoes rigorous checks before being approved for the online store. We only accept returns that are obviously faulty.
POSTAGE / SHIPPING
Please expect 2-3 days handling time with any purchase. We do post orders out most days during the week, however it is important to let us know if you need an item delivered urgently as some shipping methods (see below) / locations take longer. Simply email us at frothlyf@gmail.com & add a note to the order. We will do our best to get it in the post for you as quick as possible.

FREE SHIPPING ON ACCESSORIES
We offer free shipping on all accessories. There is no minimum or maximum purchase so nab as many goodies under this category as you fancy! If you throw in items from any other category the free shipping feature is disabled. This is because we can only offer free shipping under a certain weight, and all other items on our website take it over the maximum weight. Free shipping on accessories goes as a letter so doesn't have tracking and can take longer than the regular shipping option (sometimes up to 5-6 bizzo days). If you need urgently please choose express / standard shipping option at checkout which is always faster.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is from Melbourne only. The location of our physical store is 348 Brunswick St, Fitzroy. We're here Wed - Sun from 11am - 7pm. We will get in touch with you to organise a time once you place your order so make sure your contact details are correct!
PRE ORDERZ
All itemz purchased on pre order will be shipped when goods arrive. If you order multiple items that include pre order items, your full order will wait til pre order itemz arrive in stock. If you need the other itemz sooner, please get in touch to arrange seperate shipping optionz.
WHERE CAN I TRY ON YOUR GEAR?!
We now have our own physical store! You can come through Wed - Sun, we are here from 11am - 7pm. In store we not only have our best pieces but also have our full online range, so if you want to try on anything that's online come by.
SIZING
Model sizings are to be treated as a rough guide. Keep in mind every piece is different so even for the same model may vary slightly. For guys gear, we focus on oversized fits so should fit a range of sizes (1 or 2) above or below the model size. If you need more accurate measurements, or are unsure please get in touch via email or any of our social media channels. We are more than happy to answer your queries.
KEEN ON SUM VINTAGE?
All of our vintage are unique, one off pieces. No other two pieces exist. We search high and low around the world (legit) to find you the most mind blowing peacock pieces. We check all our garments thoroughly before they go online to ensure they are of a high enough standard for you! Keep in mind all vintage is pre loved, and as such has signs of wear. Only the best of the best goes online & if it has noticeable signs of wear we will communicate that in the product description.
WEAR & TEAR
Vintage is pre loved & will have visible signs of wear. We love vintage for this reason. Please be prepared for this. If there are any major signs of wear we will note in the product description. Some garments are so dank we overlook small things, that’s our flavour. In our eyes, every flaw adds to the character & the overall story of the piece. As such, we don’t accept refunds for minor signs of wear & tear.
IS THERE ANOTHER OF THIS ITEM?
If it’s vintage, chances are most likely not.. We sometimes find deadstock of a few matching pieces, but even then it’ll be only a few of the same. Our goal is for you to have a unique piece that no one else has, so you can guarantee once that item sells we are hunting for something as good if not better!

Please keep in mind we take the store on the road to festivals sometimes - which means we are in the Ozzie outback with ZERO reception for days (sometimes a week) at a time!!! We will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.
